E2E Day 5 – Day off in Cheddar

E2E Day 5 – Day off in Cheddar

E2E Day 5. Today was lovely weather and it was great to be able to enjoy it and appreciate our day off. The team all did different things  – cleaning bikes, having a snooze or going for a walk around Cheddar Gorge. E2E Day 4 – Exford to Cheddar

We stopped outside a house that had a hosepipe by the road and washed the worst of the sand off the bikes – hope they didn’t mind! Then we were off up hill again…

E2E Day 1 – And we’re off

E2E Day 1 – And we’re off

E2E Day 1. Land’s End Youth Hostel is a lovely house nestling just outside St Just, and the journey to it had been mainly sunny. Today however was a different matter. We were greeted by a misty morning at Land’s End itself. After that it was a constant drizzle throughout the day and sadly as a result the views were minimal. At least the wind was behind us all day and the temperatures fine, and we were thankful for that….
