E2E Day 4 – Exford to Cheddar

E2E Day 4 – Exford to Cheddar

E2E Day 4. Having cycled the toughest day yesterday in getting to Exford we set off this morning still feeling the tired legs. And it was straight in to another hill!

Another hill climbed …

Thankfully it was a lovely day and in between huffing and puffing of the hill climbs the scenery has been spectacular. Take a look at some of the photos below:

We arrived at lunch in the Quantock Hills (the name gives it away!) rather pooped and an afternoon of riding still to do.Thankfully the afternoon was relatively flat and we crawled into Cheddar YHA thankful that we have completed the first (and hardest) section of the E2E. 209 miles completed, oodles more to go.

Tomorrow is a rest day and I, for one, am not going anywhere near any bike!
