E2E Day 7. Left the castle with the sun out but rather cool. Went through some lovely scenery.

Unfortunatly the group got split into two groups, mainly due to Bruce being unwell and finding it hard going. The cycle tracks into Hereford were great. We went to Sainsburys cafe in Hereford for lunch

The afternoon threw hail at us, which was rather painful at times!

We did get some more fabulous views then as we continued to Leominster.

It just started raining again as we arrived at the Youth Hostel. Bruce was persuaded to visit the doctors, who fitted him in really quickly. Hopefully he should start to feel better soon!
