Saturday was the SCCC Media City Ride from Chorlton Water Park. There was a good turn out. Before the ride I had been and run the Stretford Parkrun, which wasn’t too far away from the start. Having ridden the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride on Sunday and stayed overnight in Blackpool, Monday was time for the return home Blackpool to Stockport ride. Saturday was the SCCC cycle ride to Astley. Andy and I cycled to the start but stopped off at Longford Park for the Stretford Parkrun, which I ran and Andy watched.
