Today was an SCCC eXtra ride called ‘Julia’s Deja Vu’ ride, which started and finished at Gatley Rail Station and was about 50 miles long. Although it was really warm and muggy at the start it was at least dry. Unfortunately that didn’t last and we had to dig out waterproof jackets! However it was a lovely ride despite the weather! We stopped for lunch in Pickmere at a pub called The Elms.

When we left it was still raining but soon dried up and where able to take our jackets off again – it really was too warm to keep them on!
