Cheshire Cycleway Itinerary

Cheshire Cycleway Itinerary

This Cheshire Cycleway itinerary outlines the cycle route I, Sarah, Andy S and Neil will be following in autumn 2020. The coronavirus lockdown has meant our original cycle tour plans had to be put to one side. Instead, we have found a fantastic cycle tour route that is right here on our doorstep.

This 176-mile cycle route, the Cheshire Cycleway takes you through some of the finest scenery you are likely to find. It is a circular route around the county of Cheshire and covers a wide variety of terrain ranging from steep climbs in the Peak District, through to a network of quiet country lanes across to the Wirral Peninsula.

We will be starting in Alderley Edge and following a circular route around the perimeter of Cheshire.
