Cuerden Valley 2020 was the latest version of a regular and ever-popular Stockport Community Cycling Club ride. You can view earlier versions here: Crash and Burn, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Having ridden the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride on Sunday and stayed overnight in Blackpool, Monday was time for the return home Blackpool to Stockport ride. The Cuerden Valley ride is a regular feature on the Stockport Community Cycling Club calendar. However, I have missed the last couple of editions (though Sarah rode last year). The day started so well! Sarah and I left the house at 7.15am in the morning to meet up with fellow Stockport Community Cycling Club riders to cycle to the start of this weeks ride. The club ride this week was Cuerden Valley,  and the start was at Whittle-Le-Woods, Chorley. So ahead of us lay 35 miles. Through Stretford, Trafford Park, Walkden, and around Bolton.
