Tuesday was our Way of the Roses 2017 Day 3 – Pateley Bridge to York. We left Pateley Bridge and it was basically straight uphill! Once we reached Brimham Rocks, the worse of the hills were done although there were plenty of undulations along the way. We then continued on to Fountains Abbey. Our Way of the Roses 2017 Day 1 began when we left the Lancaster Travelodge and cycled over the Millennium Bridge. Lancaster to Morecambe We then cycled along the river following NCN 69 to Morecambe. Morecambe is where our Way of the Roses 2017 officially started. We had cycled just over 4 miles to Morecambe.
