Nant Y Coed walk Yesterday was Sarah’s 50th birthday, and today was Sarah’s 50th birthday plus one day! It also signalled the end of our little break and was time to leave Caernarfon for home. Sarah’s 50th birthday

Wednesday 21st August is Sarah’s 50th birthday and to celebrate this landmark occasion we decided to spend the time at Caernarfon. Tuesday evening We drove over to Caernarfon after finishing work on the Tuesday evening. After dropping our stuff off at Caernarfon Travelodge we started by taking an evening stroll around the town. One of the best cycle routes in the UK has to be the coastal cycle path along the North Wales coast (i.e. sections of National Cycle Network routes 5 & 8).
