Hebridean Way Day 3 – Bayhead to Berneray
Hebridean Way Day 2 had appeared straightforward but the strong headwind had made it a challenge. It would be more of the same for Hebridean Way Day 3. At least the distance was shorter – that would surely help? At least it started ok. We began by cycling westerly towards Balranald Nature Reserve. Followed by Baranald Bay. Soon after, however, we turned northerly again and back into the strong headwinds. It also started to rain. Which made it tough going…
