Tuesday was Ravens Route Day 4. We left the Royal Oak in Appleby-in-Westmorland, which was a great place to stay. We took a slight detour and crossed over a footbridge. Ravens Route Day 3 – Keswick to Appleby-in-Westmorland

Monday was Ravens Route Day 3. We left our B&B and cycled into the centre of Keswick and then headed out into the old railway line. After a couple of miles, we had to divert off the old railway line as it was closed. During the 2015 floods the bridges, we damaged and haven’t been restored as yet. This Ravens Route Itinerary outlines the plans for our annual group cycling summer tour for 2018. As usual, we will be touring with some of our friends from Stockport Community Cycling Club – all of whom have been regulars on previous tours.
