Saturday was the SCCC Lymm 2019 ride starting from Atlantic Street, Altrincham. It was a lovely day as 21 of us met up at the car park at the end of Atlantic Street. The Lymm 2018 cycle ride had originally been scheduled in the Stockport Community Cycling Club ride calendar for a couple of weeks ago.  Unfortunately, original iteration had been cancelled due to bad weather and rescheduled for this weekend instead. The SCCC Ride to Lymm started today from the TPT (Trans Pennine Trail) car park at the end of Atlantic Street, Broadheath, Altrincham. Today’s ride leader was the very lovely Gill. Sunday saw the latest Stockport Community Cycling Club eXtra ride, our more advance rides covering 50 miles plus. We have been to Appleton Thorn before as part of the eXtra ride series, however Julia brought us our lunch destination from a completely different direction. The ride started at Gatley Rail station.
