Easter Sunday in Southport

Easter Weekend had begun with plenty of activity for Sarah and I. On Friday we had participated in the Salford 10k, recced the forthcoming Stockport Community Cycling Club ride to Culcheth that Sarah will be leading. On the Saturday we began the day by volunteering at the Bramhall Parkrun and then running 15 miles as our last longer training before the Greater Manchester marathon in a few weeks time. Sarah LOVES Christmas. I enjoy it too, however Sarah really LOVES Christmas! So a trip to the Manchester Christmas Markets 2013 was a surefire way of getting into the Christmas spirit (even if it is still only November). Nant Y Coed walk Yesterday was Sarah’s 50th birthday, and today was Sarah’s 50th birthday plus one day! It also signalled the end of our little break and was time to leave Caernarfon for home.
