Following plenty of food on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and more to come, a bike ride was definitely required! So on Boxing Day morning we left the hotel and set off on a cycle ride to Poole. We headed down the cliff to Bournemouth town centre. We picked up the Bourne Valley Greenway (part of NCN 25) which runs alongside Bournemouth Lower, Central and Upper gardens. I write this whilst sat in the passenger seat of a car on the A55 on the way home from an excellent SCCC Club Weekend in Bangor. We stayed at Bangor University.
