When we have a bank holiday, one of our favourite activities, surprise, surprise, is to go on a bike ride. Sadly, Sarah was working. Thankfully, Andy S wasn’t. We met at the top of Torkington Road on the entrance to the Middlewood Way. It was a fine sunny day. We followed NCN Route 55 through Higher Poynton. Fools Nook 2015

Today was the SCCC Fools Nook 2015 ride.We met up at Torkington Park. We set off through Torkington and then along to Nelson’s Pit. We had not been going for too long when we had a quick stop at Nelson’s Pit (to make use of the facilities). We made our way to Bollington.
