We stayed at the Travelodge in Porthmadog.

The plan had been to go cycling today but unfortunately the weather forecast of rain & strong winds was correct. Time for Plan B – a day of tourist things using the car. The first stop was Criccieth. Apparently the castle has free entry on a Monday.

Having looked round the castle, we wandered down to the sea front to have a look at the sea.

Following our wanderings, we were feeling rather cold and found a lovely cafe nearby for a coffee.

As we drove out of Criccieth, we past a lovely beach area.
