Having a free afternoon last Sunday we decided to take the opportunity to do a bit of hill-walking and chose a route up to Kinder Downfall in the Peak District National Park. Nant Y Coed walk Yesterday was Sarah’s 50th birthday, and today was Sarah’s 50th birthday plus one day! It also signalled the end of our little break and was time to leave Caernarfon for home. Sunday afternoon we decided to go out for a walk with Chris (Andy’s brother who was up visiting from Bournemouth). After our journey over to Norwich on Friday and then spending a day in Ipswich on Saturday, today was a day for relaxing in Norwich. The sun was out and a stroll following the Norwich Riverside Walk seemed a perfect way to start the day. The walk follows the River Wensum. The walk passes Cow Tower owned by English Heritage.       No visit to Norwich is complete without a visit to the Norwich Cathedral. We headed there next.   …
